Jewish History I

This class accompanies a Jewish History I class (RELG 381/HIST 383/RELG 594) taught at the USC, Columbia, in fall 2009

Instructor : Dr. K. Vehlow (vehlow.usc@gmail.com)

Teaching Assistant: Scott Reeves (REEVESTS@mailbox.sc.edu). Scott has a BA in Religion and English and is currently working on an MA in Religious Studies, focusing on Christianity, Islam and Judaism.  He is married with four children and has served as a campus minister here at USC for the past 10 years.

I highly recommend consulting the COJS: Center for Online Judaic Studies, and their section on Jews and Judaism in the Greco-Roman world, parts of which will be incorporated into the class.
